Circle of Distinction Reception
Homecoming Weekend, fall 2012
This is
the first annual award ceremony and reception for former
Bishop Byrne graduates who have gone on to great success in
fields of business, religion, education, athletics,
community service, or philanthropy. Nominations for honorees
will be accepted starting spring 2012.

Bishop Byrne Trivia Knight
Jan. 14th
was a HUGE night for Bishop Byrne, with nearly 300 people
filling the gym at St. Louis Elementary School and
generating over $6,100 for Bishop Byrne while having LOADS
of fun. Thanks to everyone involved and to our event
sponsors, Paul Boyd, Shelby County Probate Court Clerk,
Class of 99, and Majestic Liquor and Wine. It was such a
success, were already planning on doing it again next year.

2011 Homecoming Alumni Tailgate Party
Over
170 Alumni and their families gathered to enjoy great food
and old friendships at the 2011 BBHS Homecoming Game on
Sept. 23rd. There were give-a-ways for the kids,
stories of mischief and memories, and lots of good ol
Bishop Byrne school spirit.

Alumni Homecoming School Tours
The
morning after the big game Alums and their families were
invited back to the school for a walk down memory lane as
they visited their old classrooms and hangouts. Stories
were shared, memories were stirred, and bonds of friendships
renewed. We even had a few former teachers join us. What
an incredible day it was!

Class of 1986 Reunion
The Class of 86 kicked off their 25th Reunion at Bishop
Byrne on June 24 with a reception and school tour,
remembering the good ol days and catching up with old
friends.

Coach Grannan Retirement Reception
Alums from the past 19 years gathered to honor Coach Jack
Grannan at his retirement celebration on July 10, 2011.

Bishop Byrne Golf Tournament
On a hot sweltering morning of June 4, 2011, a number of
BBHS alumni joined friends and fellow golfers at T.O. Fuller
State Park for the 2nd Annual BBMHS Golf Tournament.

Class of 1981 Reunion
The Class of 1981 Reunion began with a walk down memory lane
as class members and other alums toured the school on the
afternoon of June 4th.
