Volunteer

There are many opportunities and needs for parents and grandparents to provide volunteer services for the school.  In fact, we rely on you in order to accomplish many of our goals throughout the year.  Parent volunteers help in the office, answering phones, preparing mailings, and assisting with data entry.  Concessions at all sporting events are dependent on parents lending an hour or so of their time.  Major fundraising events, such as the annual Red Tie-Black Gown Gala and Trivia Night would not be possible without the help of many parent volunteers serving on planning committees, soliciting auction items and prizes, and working the events to ensure our success.  Teachers and staff rely on parents and community volunteers to lend their time and talent in a number of ways, so whatever your interest and availability, there’s a place for you.  Volunteering at your child’s school is a great way of sending a message that their school and their education matter to you and provides a model of service and teamwork for your student.
